  • Personál v pořádku, jídlo dobré, obsluha vždy usměvavá, myslím si že letní pobyt zde musí být oproti zimnímu nádherný.

  • Personál který má resort v pronájmu za to nemůže, ale že se velké obytné prostory nedají vytopit v zimním období na potřebnou teplotu přiznala sama paní šéfová, a když s dětma přijedete z lyžování promrzlí tak to zrovna není pravé ořechové. I v zimním období se kolem dřevěných euro oken dostávaly mouchy, asijská slunéčka a další hmyz, což při venkovní teplotě mínus dva stupně je docela zvláštní. Myslíme si že by se pokoje měly více uklízet, pod postellí byly pohozeny použité papírové kapesníky a měli jsme pocit, že koberce jsou vysáty jen skutečné na oko.

  • Sympatická číšnice, venkovní vybavení pro děti a celkově atmosféra hotelu:) Jen by se ještě hodila sauna, zvlášť v zimě.
